Terms and Conditions – Höyrylöyly Oy Webshop

1. General
   Höyrylöyly Oy (Business ID: 2777373-2) sells products to private individuals in Finland and across Europe. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms at any time.
2. Ordering
   Products are ordered via the webshop’s shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, specifying the price, shipping costs, and the ordered products.
3. Payment Methods
   Payments are processed by Klarna AB. You can pay using the most common online banks, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods.
4. Delivery Methods and Times
   We deliver products via Posti, Matkahuolto, Postnord, or UPS. The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days from the order confirmation.
5. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before order confirmation. Orders to EU countries over €100 are delivered free of charge.
6. Right of Return
   You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
7. Complaints
   If the product is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email: info@hoyryloyly.fi
8. Limitation of Liability
   Höyrylöyly Oy is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
9. Handling of Personal Data
   We process customer data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information is available in our privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.

Sales Outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and Japan), the following additional terms apply:

• Prices shown in the webshop may include or exclude VAT depending on the destination country. Local import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
• Höyrylöyly Oy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount in advance.
• If the customer refuses to pay the required import duties or customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping, handling, or customs-related costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from any possible refund, or may render the order non-refundable.
• A refusal to pay import duties is considered a refusal of delivery and does not constitute a standard return under the right of withdrawal.
• Höyrylöyly Oy is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures or unpaid import charges.

We recommend that customers outside the EU familiarize themselves with local import regulations before placing an order.
